The two athletes chosen as this season’s overall Offensive Lineman Zeke Correll from Anderson HS and Defensive Lineman Malik Vann from Fairfield HS. We were also very excited to award Dillon Stone from Hamilton High School as our 2nd annual “In The Trenches” Award finalist. This award recognizes a student athlete who most represents the Foundation’s mission on and off the field. This award takes into consideration a student -athlete’s athletic achievements, academic accomplishments and community involvement.
Here at AMF we believed Dillon exemplified what a “In the Trenches” finalists stood for. Dillon has an inspiring story of how football and his adoptive family has made him the man he is today. Mike Dyer from our selection committee wrote an outstanding article on Dillion’s story.
A special thank you to our host Manor House located in Mason, Ohio. We would not have been able to recognize everything these student-athletes have accomplished without your support.
The Foundation was honored to be able to recognize these athletes for their accomplishments on the football field, in their classrooms and in their communities. Good luck to all of our winners as they continue their football and education careers!
