Hey readers! My name is Spencer Schultz and I will be taking over the blog this summer. Now that we are officially entering Summer semester, it’s time to introduce our interns.

In order to get to know our interns a little better, we asked our new interns if they could only eat one meal for the rest of their lives, what would it be and why?

First up is Mollie Baker. Mollie is from Milford, OH, studying Business Administration at the University of Cincinnati. This summer she’ll be working on our Golf Classic Veteran’s Hole, Top Golf Tailgate Auction and is our Youth Leadership Seminar Volunteer Coordinator. If Mollie could only eat one type of food the rest of her life, she would choose Chinese food because there are a lot of options.

Next up is Maggie Barth. Maggie was born in China and raised in Cincinnati, OH. Maggie attends Xavier University where she is majoring in Graphic Design. Maggie will work as the Graphic Design Intern, creating content for the Foundation. If Maggie could only eat one type of food for the rest of her life, she would eat Mexican food.

Zoe Wagner is one of our three interns returning for the summer. Zoe is from Lebanon, OH and currently attends the University of Cincinnati. She’s majoring in Communications, with a minor in Phycology, and Certificates in Public Relations and Nonprofit & Community Leadership. She will continue working with our Whiz Kids program and Hall of Fame Experience. If Zoe could only eat one type of food for the rest of her life, she would eat a well-done steak because she grew up eating them with her dad.

Another intern returning for the summer is Tori Jones. Tori is from West Chester, OH and attends the University of Cincinnati. She studies Communications, with Certificates in Public Relations and Deaf Studies. Tori will continue working on our Hall of Fame Experience. If Tori could only eat one type of food for the rest of her life, she would choose Italian food because she can always try something different.

Our last intern returning for the summer is Lexi Brown. Lexi is from Dillsboro, IN and attends the University of Cincinnati. She’s majoring in Organizational Leadership, Nonprofit and Community Concentration, with a minor in Environmental Analysis and Policy. This summer she will be coordinating our Scholarship Fund and Hall of Fame Experience. If Lexi could only eat one type of food the rest of her life, she would choose ice cream.

Lastly, my name is Spencer Schultz and I’m from Cincinnati, OH. I’m majoring in Journalism and Communications, with Certificates in Digital Broadcast News and Sport Media & Promotion at the University of Cincinnati. This summer I’ll be assisting with our newsletter, AMF social media and blog, so you’ll be hearing a lot from me! If I could only eat one type of food for the rest of my life, I would choose Mexican food because of its spice and flavor.

Thanks for learning a little more about us. We’re thrilled for the new and exciting experiences that lie ahead for us at AMF.
