ORGANIZATION REQUEST GUIDELINES

Two types of autograph requests are available: personal and organization. The Foundation does not handle personal autograph requests. That information can be found at anthonymunoz.com. 

The Foundation can fulfill community organization requests. These requests must come from an organization and not an individual and require the organization to provide an item to sign. The Foundation can not provide autograph memorabilia. All autographs MUST be personalized.

There is a limit to one item per individual or organization in a calendar year.
